Services
Jaymediafy provides web development services including but not limited to website design, development, maintenance, and consulting. The specific scope of work will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: Provide all necessary content, materials, and information needed for the project. Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner. Ensure they have the rights to use any materials they provide to us. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content or late responses.
Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, or APIs. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policies of these third-party providers.
Project Delays and Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If a project is terminated: The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any unpaid work will not be delivered until payment is received.
